Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Orbit platform and all communications services provided by Devotel Telekomunikasyon A.S. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Orbit platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) without proper opt-in consent.
• Transmit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or impersonation of any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Violate any applicable telecommunications regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Send messages to numbers on do-not-call or do-not-contact registries.
• Use the platform for high-risk financial schemes, illegal gambling, or unlicensed pharmaceutical sales.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse APIs, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Resell or redistribute Devotel services without written authorization.

3. Messaging Compliance

All messaging through Orbit must comply with:

• Consent: Obtain clear opt-in consent before sending messages. Maintain records of consent.
• Opt-out: Honor opt-out requests immediately. Include opt-out instructions in every message where required by law.
• Identification: Clearly identify yourself or your organization in all communications.
• Content accuracy: Do not send misleading or deceptive content.
• Quiet hours: Respect local quiet hours and time zone regulations for marketing messages.

4. AI Agent Guidelines

When using Orbit AI Agents:

• AI agents must clearly identify themselves as automated systems when interacting with end users.
• Agents must not impersonate human agents unless the end user has given informed consent.
• Agent-generated content must comply with all applicable content regulations.
• You are responsible for monitoring and moderating AI agent outputs.

5. Enforcement

Devotel monitors usage patterns to detect potential violations. Upon detecting a violation, we may: issue a warning, temporarily suspend the offending service, permanently terminate your account, or report the activity to law enforcement. We reserve the right to take immediate action for severe violations without prior notice.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a suspected AUP violation, contact abuse@devotel.io with details of the incident.
